Signature Collective Design
Whole home design, from drywall to the final pillow.
$25000.00
For clients building or transforming an entire home, Signature Collective Design is our most complete service. We step in early, often at the drywall stage, to guide every finish and selection alongside your builder, then carry the vision through furnishings, styling, and installation. The result is a home that feels cohesive, intentional, and entirely yours, without the stress of making hundreds of decisions alone.
Every Signature project is custom quoted after an in-person consultation and review of your plans. Design fees start at $25,000 and are based on your home's size, number of spaces, and scope.
Phased pricing: Finish selections and furnishings are quoted as separate phases, so you can begin with selections and add furnishings when you're ready.
Flat design fees: You'll know your design investment up front, with no surprise invoices for the core work.
Hourly services: Builder meetings, site visits, and requests outside the agreed scope are billed hourly.
Furnishings: Furniture and decor are purchased through The Herren Collective and billed separately from design fees.
To begin: A signed agreement and retainer reserve your project on our calendar.
